Shahab ud Din Natiq Kasuri • He lives in Kot Rukan Din Khan Kasur and was the Master of Hafeez Jallandhari (the author of National Anthem of Pakistan)
Sardar Asseff Ahmad Ali • He served as Lecturer of Economics Govt. F.C. College Lahore. He joined Politics and was elected Many times and also served as Federal Minister (Economic Affairs, Foreign Affairs, Narcotics Control, Education, Planning, Information Technology)
Prof. Dr. Ahmad Bashir Kasuri • He was the head of history department Sindh University. He had rendered valuable scholarly work on Kasur history. The most authentic history writer of Pakistan Dr. Mubarak Ali is one of his pupils.
Prof. Irshad Ahmad Haqqani (Editor Daily Jang Lahore, Ex. Federal Minister for Information): He served as Professor of History and later on elevated as Principal Govt. College Kasur.
Prof. Sheikh Muhammad Ikram: He served as Professor and Principal Islamia College Kasur.
Prof Muhammad Ikram Hoshyarpuri: He served as Professor Urdu Govt. Islamia College Kasur.
Prof. Abdul Ghani: He served as Professor English Govt. Islamia College Kasur.
Principal Prof. Nasreen Khalid Bhatti : She served in Govt. Islamia College (women) Kasur Principal
Prof. Rao Akhtar Ali : He served as professor of English and Principal Govt. Islamia College Kasur.
Prof. Muhammad Farooq : He served as professor / Programme Manager at Superior University Lahore.  
Ch. Naimat Ali Kokab: He served as teacher in Govt. Model High School Kasur.

Molvi Abdul Rehman : He was teaching in Govt. High School Kasur. He is the author of many books including the  “Anwar ul Quran” a translation and commentary book on Holy Quran.He was the founder and Principal of Madrasasah Anwar ul Awloom, Jamia Masjid Rehmania Kot Fateh Din Khan Kasur.

Molvi Abdul Ghafoor Anwari : He was teaching in Govt. Islamia High School Kasur. He was the Founder Principal of Jamia-Islamia-Arabia near Telephone Exchange Circular Road, Kasur.
Molvi Syed Mubarak Ali Shah Hamdani : He was teaching in Govt. Model High School Kasur. He was the Founder Principal of Madrasasah Gumbad Wali Masjid, Kot Murad Khan Kasur. His son Syed Muhammad Tayyab Shah Hamdani and gran gran-son Syed Zuhair Shah Hamadani are also scholars.

Molvi Syed Firdoos Ali Shah : He was the author of the book “Chiragh I Sunat.” He was the Founder Principal of Madrasasah Masjid Haji Ranjha Khan Kasur. His son is Syed Hamid Ali Shah (Additional Secretary BPS-21 Govt. of Pakistan)
Molvi Hafiz Noor Din : He was the Arabic teacher at Govt. Islamia High School Kasur
Master Muhammad Siddique Assi : He was the author of Assi Chagatai Art Drawing book and was teaching in Govt Model High School, Kasur.

Molvi Abdul Qadir Kasuri  He was renowned scholar, advocate, and political leader of Kasur who struggled against the English imperialism in India. He was the Secretary General of All India “Tehrik Khalafat” 1927

Moulana Mohammad Abdullah Qadri : He was the religious master of many teachers. He was the research scholar and SHEIKH UL HADEES. He found and administered the famous house of knowledge JAMIA HANFIA KASUR. That is now being run by his learned sons. Thousands students had learnt and yet thousands are learning there.
