Ch Ahmad Ali Tolu Ex MPA PP-178 Kasur

Introduction:

Ch Ahmad Ali Tolu son of Ch Rahmat Ali was born on December 15, 1936 at Village Toluwala, Tehsil and District Kasur. He Graduated in 1959 from Forman Christian/ FC College Lahore. He belonged to the agriculturist family. (0333-6549900).

Political Career :

• He served as Chairman UC Bahadar Pura, Tehsil Kasur during 1966-69, 1979-87 and 1983-87

• He has been Member of District Council Kasur (ضلع کونسل) during 1987-89 and 1993-94 

• He has been President of Anjuman Kasht kaaran (کاشت کاراں) District Kasur during 1995-2008

• He become MPA in 2008. Detail is as under.

He participated in the general election 2008 from Kasur as a candidate for Provincial Assembly and won the election and was elected as MPA PP 178 (Kasur-IV)۔ He took oath on dated 09-April- 2008. PP178 Kasur Area included Sehjra, Dona, Sheikhpura, Rajji wala, Ganda Singh, Tolu wala, Roshan bhela etc.

He won this election on Pakistan people party Parliamentarians (PPPP) ticket. He got 25940 votes in this elections while the runner-up was Malik Ahmad Saeed Khan who got 19416 votes. Ch Ahmad Ali Tolu won by the lead of 6,524 votes.

Tenure of this assembly was from 2008 to 2013 and it was 15th Assembly. He served almost 50 years in Politics and leave his name behind as Baba e Siyasat.

Death:

Baba Tolu sb left us and this word in 2016. His funeral prayer was offered in village Tolu wala and His grave is in the nearby graveyard of Toluwala village.
