Introduction:
Sardar Muhammad Hussain Dogar is son of Sardar Noor Ahmed Dogar was born on September 18, 1955 at Kasur. He obtained the degree of LL.B. in 1981 from Punjab University Law College, Lahore.
Sardar Muhammad Hussain Dogar served as Member, District Council Kasur during 1987-92; as Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab during 1993-96 and also functioned as Parliamentary Secretary for Local Government and Rural Development during 1993-95 and as Special Assistant to Chief Minister during 1995-96.
He is a landlord, an agriculturist, a lawyer and a businessman, who has returned to the Punjab Assembly for the second term in general elections 2008. He has travelled to Saudi Arabia, UK and Dubai. He belongs to a famous political family and several members of his family including Sardar Muhammad Ashiq Dogar, Sardar Muhammad Sharif Dogar and Sardar Shaukat Ali have served as Members of Punjab Assembly as well as of National Assembly.
Political Career :
Sardar Muhammad Hussain Dogar actively started his political career in 2002 elections. At the beginning of his political career, he participated in 2 elections from Pakistan People's Party ticket and then joined Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf from 2013 elections.
In the 2013 general elections representing Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf/PTI from NA-139 Kasur and secured 21,628 votes. In the subsequent 2018 elections, he contested on a PTI ticket from PP-176 Kasur and came second with 31,486 votes.
In 2024 elections, He contested the election from NA-132 on a PTI ticket as an independent candidate (Symbol Wickets) and got second position. Now he is participating in the by-election again from the same constituency as an independent candidate (election symbol Horse) on PTI ticket.

- In the 2002 elections when he secured 13,570 votes (runner up) from the same constituency (PP 179).
- In the 2008 elections, He won by a resounding margin with PP 179 to 31,217 votes.
- He Joined PTI in 2013 elections and got 21,628 votes (3rd) on PTI Ticket for NA 139 Kasur.
- In 2018 elections, He got 31,486 votes (runner-up) on PTI ticket for PP 176.
- In General elections 2024 NA 132, He contested the election against Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif (PMLN) and got 1,11,109 votes (runner-up)
- He participated in By-elections 2024 (21 April 2024) from NA-132 Kasur on PTI ticket as an candidate from Sunni Itehad Council with Election symbol "Horse".

He was elected as MPA on Pakistan People's Party ticket in General Election 2008 and got total 31,217 votes and with the lead of 11325 votes over his opponent Malik Muhammad Ahmad Khan (PMLQ 19892 votes).
